The insoles have a deep heel cup that, entirely with a gel pod, positions and cradles your heel to optimize natural shock absorption, disperse impact and minimize foot fatigue.
A responsive EVOLyte® carbon fiber cap and two layers of AeroSpring Rebound foam combine to deliver exceptional comfort and smooth energy transfer through your gait from foot strike to toe-off. There is also a Moisturewick™ layer on top to help with odor control.
The Superfeet Run Support Medium Arch is made for people with medium to low arches with its signature Superfeet arch shape that reduces stress on feet, ankles, knees and back by stabilizing the foot while running. Only thing that made my feet stop hurting. I love the insoles because I can switch them between my different shoes. It's been almost a year with my first pair.
Walking comfort
I wear this particular Superfeet because I need the arch support with the deep heal support. I wear them in my everyday sneakers . I rotate pairs but each have there own support! I wear these gor work and as the shoe ages/gets dirty they become my distance walker.

I bought Brooks Adrenaline GTS 20 to replace my 19s and they fit great. My inserts did too. They arrived earlier than estimated.
