Return Policy

SneakersbeShops wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the merchandise in its original condition and packaging to SneakersbeShops via an insured, traceable shipping service or you may return the merchandise to our retail store within 30 days from the receipt of your order.

How do I return my order?

  • Disaffecting the original packing slip with the items to be returned.

  • If you are returning an item that was shipped to you as a grant please point so.

  • Pack the item securely and in the original packaging, if possible. Enclose the returns portion of the original packing slip with the item.

  • We recommend that you send your return via an insured and traceable shipping service. Constrain bland to note the tracking details.

Return / Substitute Tips

Send your package via UPS or FEDEX. If you send it via USPS please insure your package and take advantage of USPS’s Delivery Confirmation Service.

If you no longer have your packing list, please include a letter with the following information: Your Name, Address, Phone #, Order #, and Reason for Return.

Exchanges
To ensure item availability, we recommend you place a new order atonce. Exchanges are only processed for the variously item in a different color or size. All other exchange requests will be refunded to the credit card used to make the original purchase.

Exceptions
The following items are not returnable: mounted skis, climbing equipment, custom knives, scuba equipment, vigorous supporters, and under habiliment.

SneakersbeShops reserves the right to limit quantities on any item ordered.

2-Day Shipping

  • Offered for orders within the contiguous U.S.
  • Allow 2-3 business days for delivery via UPS.
  • 2-Day Shipping is $19.99 + any additional fees
  • Please Note: If you select Express or Overnight shipping, your order must be approved before 2:01pm. EST, or it will not be processed until the next business day.

Next Day Air Shipping

  • Offered for orders within the contiguous U.S.
  • Allow 1-2 business days for delivery via UPS.
  • Next Day Air Shipping is $29.99 + any additional fees
  • Please Note: If you select Express or Overnight shipping, your order must be approved before 2:01pm. EST, or it will not be processed until the next business day.

  • Items beyond a total weight of 10lbs items are not eligible for Free Shipping. Oversized Shipping Charges for any brisk or large items may apply.

DELIVERY

Actual shipping times vary by your location, product, and ship method. If the item you order is out of stock, we will email you with an update on the status of your order.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Soon after you place an online order, we'll send an automatically generated confirmation. If you do not receive your order confirmation, please contact us at [email protected]. Once your order has been processed in shipping, you will receive a shipping confirmation, including your Tracking Number. Registered Customers may also track the status of their order(s) at any time by logging in and going to the My Account section of the site.

In-Store Pickup

SneakersbeShops provides an expedited process at our main entrance 867 Broadway (between 17th and 18th Street).

Same-day pickup orders will be available for pickup typically within 2 hours from the time you place your order. Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be available for pick up the next day by 12 PM EST.

To take advantage of this option please select in-store pickup in your online order.

What are the safety and care guidelines for the store?

All employees are required to wear a face-covering at all times when in the store. We’pose also enhancing our COVID-19 cleaning procedures with thorough, frequent cleanings of high-touch surface areas, in addition to our daily proof cleaning services.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Paragonsports.com accepts all minor credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. For In-Store and Phone Orders payment we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club.

I returned my item, when can I expect my refund to be processed?

We make every effort to expedite the processing of your refund or exchange. Once we receive your package, please comport 5 - 7 business days for your refund or exchange request to be processed.

Do you accept international orders?

At this time we do not ship to international addresses. We are able to accept International American Express cards that are verified and shipping to United States addresses. If you have an American Express Card and are shipping to addresses within the United States, you will need to contact us Customer Service Department at 1-800-961-3030
to assist you in this point. Our Customer Service Department is open Monday-Saturday 10:00-8:00 EST, and Sunday 11:30-7:00.

We are unable to accept international Visa or MasterCard at this time.

Can I return an item that I am not satisfied with?

After you have clicked "Purchase" your order begins to process and we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order. Please contact our customer service department at 800-931-3030 for further assistance with this issue.

We will be happy to give you a price adjustment on items purchased within 10 days of the order date, for any item that's on sale. We apologize; we are unable to honor price adjustments after the 10 day time period or the sales expiration date. More Details here.

I'm looking for an item but I can't find it on your website, how can I repeal if you carry it?

We would be more than happy to check our registry for that item for you; we do carry more items in our store than we have displayed on our website. What is your Fur Policy?

SneakersbeShops is a family-owned business that has been serving New York City hereafter 1908. As a leader in the sports industry, we have ever been customer-focused and innovative. This means we are perpetually reevaluating the products that we carry and adapting to evolving preferences. There has been large alteration in the non-fur products that we have to offer and we recognize that many of our customers have green to prefer these fur-free products. As such, last Decadence was the last season of bringing fur products into our store. We are confident in our ability to prearrange our customers with the most superficial and technologically advanced products available for a more conscientious and sustainable future.

Note: Our fur-free policy allows for ethically sourced sheep fur products referred to as “shearling” or “sheepskin.”
