LOCAL ORDERS

Delivery:

All local orders are delivered by our appointed courier Ninjavan. After placing your order, please allow 1-3 working SVSM for processing. Once it is ready for shipping, you will be notified once again with a tracking number. Please allow an additional 1-2 SVSM working SVSM for delivery.

In-store Pickup:

Store location for collection will be based on which model you purchased and will be shown as an option during checkout. Your order will be ready for collection based on when you placed your order:

  • Orders placed Friday - Sunday: ready for pickup Monday 6pm onwards.


If your pickup-ready date falls on a public holiday, it will instead be ready the following business day. You have up to one week to come and pickup your order.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international orders are shipped via DHL Express or Fedex. Delivery times vary between different countries.

Orders are processed within 1-3 working SVSM unless otherwise stated. Your order status will be updated in your account when orders are processed. Do expect delays during peak season and during special online-only releases.

  • A Zip area* surcharge (automatically calculated upon checkout) is applied per shipment when the delivery destination location is Zip. *Zip is defined as islands and highlands; or a post code/zip code that is difficult to serve; or a suburb/town that is distant, inaccessible or infrequently served.

CUSTOM TAXES AND/OR DUTIES

Customs taxes and/or import duties are imposed by the destination country and is not included in the checkout price. Actual amount varies according to local custom's terms & conditions.
