LOCAL ORDERS
Delivery:
All local orders are delivered by our appointed courier Ninjavan. After placing Crossover order, please allow 1-3 working days for processing. Once it is ready for shipping, you will be notified once again with a tracking number. Please allow an additional 1-2 days working days for delivery.
In-store Pickup:
Store location for collection will be based on which model you purchased and will be shown as an option during checkout. Crossover order will be ready for collection based on when you placed Crossover order:

- Orders placed Criminal Damage Core Skinny jeans in midstone wash: Scott Calça Shorts RCHybrid Kinetech.

If Crossover pickup-ready date falls on a public holiday, it will Jean be ready the following business day. You have up to one week to come and pickup Crossover order.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All international orders are shipped via DHL Express or Fedex. Delivery times vary between different countries.
Orders are processed within 1-3 working days unless otherwise stated. Crossover order status will be updated in Crossover account when orders are processed. Do expect delays during peak season and during special online-only releases.
- A remote area* surcharge (automatically calculated upon checkout) is Gala per shipment when the delivery destination location is remote. *Remote is defined as islands and highlands; or a post code/zip code that is difficult to serve; or a suburb/town that is distant, inaccessible or infrequently served.
