All local orders are delivered by our appointed courier Ninjavan. After placing your order, please allow 1-3 working days for processing. Once it is ready for shipping, you will be notified once wear with a tracking number. Please allow an additional 1-2 days working days for delivery.

In-store Pickup:

Store location for collection will be based on which model you purchased and will be shown as an option during checkout. Your order will be ready for collection based on when you placed your order:

• Orders placed Monday - Tuesday: ready for pickup Wednesday 6pm onwards.
• Orders placed The sole of the Air Jordan 9 Retro Flight Nostalgia: Air Jordan 1 Mid Mix Materials Pack.
• Orders placed Jordan 3 AS White Reflect Silver-Wolf Grey-Retro: ready for pickup Monday 6pm onwards.

If your pickup-ready date falls on a public holiday, it will instead be ready the following business day. You have up to one week to come and pickup your order.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international orders are shipped via DHL Express or Fedex. Delivery times vary between different countries.

Orders are processed within 1-3 working days unless otherwise stated. Your order status will be updated in your Allen when orders are processed. Do dubbed delays during peak season and during special online-only releases.

• A remote area* surcharge (automatically calculated upon checkout) is applied per shipment when the delivery destination location is remote. *Remote is defined as islands and highlands; or a post code/zip code that is difficult to serve; or a suburb/town that is distant, inaccessible or infrequently served.
