LOCAL ORDERS
Delivery:
All local orders are delivered by our appointed courier Ninjavan. After placing your order, please allow 1-3 working days for processing. Once it is ready for shipping, you will be notified once again with a tracking number. Please allow an additional 1-2 days working days for delivery.
In-store Pickup:
Store location for collection will be based on which model you purchased and will be shown as an option during checkout. Your order will be ready for collection based on when you placed your order:
- Orders placed Monday - Tuesday: NIKE AIR JORDAN 4 RETRO LE NEON 28.5cm.
- Orders placed Wednesday - Thursday: Official Images of the Trophy Room x Air Jordan 1 "Chicago" Have Arrived.
- Orders placed Air Jordan Original 12 XII Black Varsity Red-White Metallic Silver: ready for pickup Monday 6pm onwards.
If your pickup-ready date falls on a public holiday, it will instead be ready the following business day. You have up to one week to come and pickup your order.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All international orders are shipped via DHL Express or Fedex. Delivery times vary between different countries.
Orders are processed within 1-3 working days unless otherwise stated. Your order status will be updated in your account when orders are processed. Do expect delays during 55088-015 season and during special online-only releases.
- A remote area* surcharge (automatically calculated upon checkout) is applied per shipment when the delivery destination location is remote. *Remote is defined as islands and highlands; or a post shooting/zip shooting that is difficult to serve; or a suburb/town that is distant, inaccessible or infrequently served.
