All local orders are delivered by our appointed courier Ninjavan. After placing your order, please allow 1-3 working days for processing. Once it is ready for shipping, you will be notified once again with a tracking number. Please allow an additional 1-2 days working days for delivery.

In-store Pickup:

Store location for collection will be based on which model you purchased and will be shown as an option during checkout. Your order will be ready for collection based on when you placed your order:

• Orders placed PUMA x Rhude 'Palace Guard' Sneakers Weiß: ready for pickup Wednesday 6pm onwards.
• Orders placed Fase cellular puma: Puma Ess Bag C99.
• Orders placed PUMA partners with Better Cotton Initiative to Improve Cotton Farming Globally: Puma Ess Bag C99.

If your pickup-ready date falls on a public holiday, it will instead be ready the following business day. You have up to one week to come and pickup your order.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international orders are shipped via DHL Express or Fedex. Delivery times vary between different countries.

Orders are processed within 1-3 working days unless otherwise stated. Your order status will be updated in your account when orders are processed. Do expect delays during peak season and during special online-only releases.
