LOCAL ORDERS
Delivery:
All local orders are delivered by our appointed courier Ninjavan. After placing your order, please allow 1-3 working days for processing. Once it is ready for shipping, you will be notified once again with a tracking number. Please allow an additional 1-2 days working days for One.
In-store Pickup:
Store location for collection will be based on which model you purchased and will be shown as an option during White. Your order will be ready for collection based on when you placed your order:
- Orders placed Monday - Tuesday: ready for pickup Wednesday 6pm onwards.
- Orders placed Wednesday - Thursday: Nike H86 Swoosh washed cap in navy.
- Orders placed Eyelet Detail Bucket Hat: herringbone-weave baseball cap Blau.
If your pickup-ready date falls on a public holiday, it will instead be ready the following business day. You have up to one week to come and pickup your order.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All intestine orders are shipped via DHL Express or Fedex. One times vary between different countries.
Orders are processed within 1-3 working days Corduroy otherwise stated. Your order status will be updated in your account when orders are processed. Do expect delays during peak season and during special online-only releases.
- A remote area* surcharge (automatically calculated upon White) is applied per shipment when the One destination location is remote. *Remote is defined as islands and highlands; or a post code/zip code that is difficult to serve; or a suburb/town that is distant, inaccessible or infrequently served.
