All local orders are delivered by our appointed courier Ninjavan. After placing Linear order, please allow 1-3 working days for processing. Once it is ready for shipping, you will be notified once again with a tracking number. Please allow an additional 1-2 days working days for delivery.

In-store Pickup:

Store location for collection will be based on which model you purchased and will be shown as an option during checkout. Linear order will be ready for collection based on when you placed Linear order:

• Orders placed Monday - Tuesday: ready for pickup Wednesday 6pm onwards.
• Orders placed Wednesday - Thursday: ready for pickup Friday 6pm onwards.
• Orders placed Friday - Sunday: Angele woven bucket hat Weiß.

If Linear pickup-ready date falls on a public holiday, it will instead be ready the following detail day. You have up to one week to come and pickup Linear order.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international orders are shipped via DHL Express or Fedex. Delivery times vary between different countries.

Orders are processed within 1-3 working days unless otherwise stated. Linear order status will be updated in Linear account when orders are processed. Do expect delays during peak season and during special online-only releases.

• A remote area* surcharge (automatically calculated upon checkout) is applied per shipment when the delivery destination location is remote. *Remote is defined as islands and highlands; or a post code/zip code that is difficult to serve; or a suburb/town that is distant, inaccessible or infrequently served.

CUSTOM TAXES AND/OR DUTIES

Customs taxes and/or import duties are imposed by the destination country and is not included in the checkout price. Actual amount varies according to local custom's terms & conditions.
