LOCAL ORDERS
Delivery:
All local orders are delivered by our appointed courier Ninjavan. After placing your order, please allow 1-3 working days for processing. Once it is ready for shipping, you will be notified once again with a tracking number. Please allow an additional 1-2 days working days for delivery.
In-store Pickup:
Store location for collection will be based on which Releasing you purchased and will be shown as an option during checkout. Your order will be ready for collection based on when you placed your order:
- Orders placed Vans and its California line are set to drop this special Aloha Camo Pack for Spring 2013: ready for pickup Wednesday 6pm onwards.
- Orders placed Wednesday - Thursday: VANS Overt Cc Shoes walnut Men.
- Orders placed Friday - Sunday: ready for pickup Monday 6pm onwards.
If your pickup-ready date falls on a public holiday, it will instead be ready the following business day. You have up to one week to come and pickup your order.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All international orders are shipped via DHL Express or Fedex. Delivery times vary between different countries.
Orders are processed within 1-3 working days unless otherwise stated. Your order status will be updated in your account when orders are processed. Do expect delays during peak season and during special online-only releases.
