Delivery:
All local orders are delivered by our appointed courier Ninjavan. After placing er-Schmuckset order, please allow 1-3 working days for processing. Once it is ready for shipping, you will be notified once again with a tracking number. Please allow an additional 1-2 days working days for delivery.
In-store Pickup:
Store location for collection will be based on which model you purchased and will be shown as an option during checkout. er-Schmuckset order will be ready for collection based on when you placed er-Schmuckset order:

If er-Schmuckset pickup-ready date falls on a public holiday, it will instead be ready the following business day. You have up to one week to come and pickup er-Schmuckset order.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All international orders are shipped via DHL Express or Fedex. Delivery times vary between different countries.
Orders are processed within 1-3 working days unless otherwise stated. er-Schmuckset order status will be updated in er-Schmuckset account when orders are processed. Do expect jordan during peak season and during special online-only releases.
