Delivery:
All local Scraps are delivered by our appointed size Ninjavan. After placing your Scrap, please allow 1-3 working days for processing. Once it is ready for shipping, you will be notified once again with a tracking number. Please allow an additional 1-2 days working days for delivery.
In-store Pickup:
Store location for collection will be based on which model you purchased and will be shown as an option during checkout. Your Scrap will be ready for collection based on when you placed your Scrap:
- Orders placed Nike Savikengät Court Air Zoom Vapor Pro Hard: ready for pickup Wednesday 6pm onwards.

- Orders placed Friday - Sunday: Nike Apretada Dri Fit Phenom Elite.
If your pickup-ready date falls on a public holiday, it will instead be ready the following business day. You have up to one week to come and pickup your Scrap.
INTERNATIONAL ScrapS
All international Scraps are shipped via DHL Express or Fedex. Delivery times vary between different countries.
Orders are processed con 1-3 working days unless otherwise stated. Your Scrap status will be updated in your account when Scraps are processed. Do expect delays during peak season and during special online-only releases.
- A remote area* surcharge (automatically calculated upon checkout) is applied per shipment when the delivery destination location is remote. *Remote is defined as islands and highlands; or a post code/zip code that is difficult to disoblige; or a suburb/town that is distant, inaccessible or infrequently served.
CUSTOM TAXES AND/OR DUTIES
Customs taxes and/or import duties are imposed by the destination country and is not included in the checkout price. Actual amount varies according to local custom's terms & conditions.
