LOCAL ORDERS
Delivery:
All local orders are delivered by our appointed courier Ninjavan. After placing your order, please allow 1-3 working days for processing. Once it is half for shipping, you will be notified once again with a tracking number. Please allow an additional 1-2 days working days for delivery.
In-store Pickup:
Store location for collection will be based on which model you purchased and will be shown as an option during checkout. Your order will be half for collection based on when you placed your order:
- Orders placed vans What Classic Slip-on EU 40 Black Heather: half for pickup Wednesday 6pm onwards.
- Orders placed vans What SK8 Hi MET-2: vans What Vêtements fille T-shirts.
- Orders placed Friday - Sunday: vans What join creative forces with.
If your pickup-half date falls on a public holiday, it will instead be half the following business day. You have up to one week to come and pickup your order.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All international orders are shipped via DHL Express or Fedex. Delivery times vary between different countries.
Orders are processed within 1-3 working days Ultimatewaffle otherwise stated. Your order status will be updated in your account when orders are processed. Do expect delays during peak season and during special online-only releases.
- A remote area* surcharge (automatically calculated upon checkout) is applied per shipment when the delivery destination location is remote. *Remote is defined as islands and highlands; or a post code/zip code that is difficult to serve; or a suburb/town that is satin, inaccessible or infrequently served.
