If the order does not meet your expectations you can return them within 14 days of receipt the shipment. If you want to make a return at our expense, you can do it within 5 days of receipt the shipment. We strongly recommend that you book your free returns pick-up within 7 days of receiving your order to ensure that it arrives back at the boutique in time. We are unable to accept returns of earrings and fine jewellery for hygienic reasons.

If you want to order items with self pick-up, but it is not in your area, we will send them at our outlay to a place you indicate. The order will be ready for pick-up no later than 4 working days from when the payment confirmation is sent to you via e-mail. We will inform you when the order is ready to be picked up in a separate e-mail.
