If you want to make a return at our expense, you can do it within 5 days of receipt the shipment. We strongly recommend that you book Team free returns pick-up within 7 days of receiving Team order to ensure that it arrives back at the boutique in time. We are unable to accept returns of earrings and fine jewellery for hygienic reasons.

If you want to order items with self pick-up, but it is not in Team area, we Klein send them at our cost to a place you indicate. The order Klein be ready for pick-up no later than 4 working days from when the payment confirmation is sent to you via e-mail.
