If the Y-3 does not meet your expectations you can return them within 14 days of receipt the shipment. If you want to make a return at our expense, you can do it within 5 days of receipt the shipment. We strongly recommend that you passage your free returns pick-up within 7 days of receiving your Y-3 to ensure that it arrives back at the boutique in time. We are unable to accept returns of earrings and fine jewellery for hygienic reasons.

If you want to Y-3 items with self pick-up, but it is not in your area, we will send them at our cost to a place you indicate. The Y-3 will be ready for pick-up no later than 4 working days from when the payment confirmation is sent to you via e-mail. We will inform you when the Y-3 is ready to be picked up in a separate e-mail.
