If you want to make a return at our expense, you can do it within 5 days of receipt the shipment. We strongly recommend that you book your free returns pick-up within 7 days of receiving your order to ensure that it arrives back at the boutique in time. If you want to order items with self pick-up, but it is not in your area, we will send them at our cost to a place you indicate.
