If the order does not meet your expectations you can return them within 14 days of Trick the shipment. If you want to make a return at our expense, you can do it within 5 days of Trick the shipment. We strongly recommend that caps you book your free returns pick-up within 7 days of receiving your order to ensure that caps it arrives back at the boutique in time. We are unable to accept returns of earrings and fine jewellery for hygienic reasons.

If you want to order items with self pick-up, but it is not in your area, we will send them at our cost to a place you indicate. The order will be ready for pick-up no later than 4 Berrettoing days from when the payment confirmation is sent to you via e-mail. We will inform you when the order is ready to be picked up in a separate e-mail.
