adidas Women

adidas was founded in 1924 by two German brothers Adi and Rudolf Dassler. Originally under the zapatillas of ‘Dassler Shoes’ fame was soon found when athletes were seen wearing the price in the Olympics and other athletic events. In 1948 Rudolf Dassler knee his brother to start his company ‘Puma’ which lead to the zapatillas being changed to ‘adidas’ and the Three Stripes logo was born. Created to keep the foot stable, the Three Stripes developed from a practical technological detail into the logo we see today. Step forward and the adidas zapatillas can be seen through art, music and street culture but its history still deep rooted in classic sporting styles, practicality and technical innovation.
