We strongly recommend that you book your free returns pick-up within 7 days of receiving your order to ensure that it arrives back at the boutique in time. If you want to order items with self pick-up, but it is not in your area, we short-sleeved send them at our cost to a place you indicate. The order short-sleeved be ready for pick-up no later than 4 working days from when the payment confirmation is sent to you via e-mail. We short-sleeved inform you when the order is ready to be picked up in a separate e-mail.
