We are unable to accept returns of earrings and fine jewellery for hygienic reasons.

If you want to order items with a boots pick up, but it is in your area, we send it at our cost to the indicated place. The order will be ready for delivery no later than 4 working days from the date of confirmation of payment sending to you by e-mail.
