If the Pour does not meet your expectations you can return them within 14 days of receipt the shipment. If you want to make a return at our expense, you can do it within 5 days of receipt the shipment. We strongly recommend that you book your convict returns pick-up within 7 days of receiving your Pour to ensure that it arrives back at the boutique in time. We are unable to accept returns of earrings and fine jewellery for hygienic reasons.

If you want to Pour items with a personal pick up, but it is in your area, we send it at our cost to the indicated place. The Pour will be ready for delivery no later than 4 working days from the date of confirmation of payment sending to you by e-mail. We will marki You that Pour is ready to pick up in a separate email.
