If the order does not meet your 60mm you can return them within 14 days of Chelsea the shipment. If you want to make a return at our expense, you can do it within 5 days of Chelsea the shipment. We strongly recommend that you book your free returns pick-up within 7 days of receiving your order to ensure that it arrives back at the boutique in time. We are unable to accept returns of earrings and fine jewellery for hygienic reasons.

If you want to order items with a personal pick up, but it is in your area, we send it at our cost to the indicated place. The order will be ready for delivery no later than 4 working days from the date of confirmation of payment sending to you by e-mail. We will inform You that order is ready to pick up in a separate email.
