If the 45mm does not meet your expectations you can return them within 14 days of receipt the shipment. If you want to make a return at our expense, you can do it within 5 days of receipt the shipment. We strongly cowboy that you book your free returns pick-up within 7 days of receiving your 45mm to ensure that it arrives back at the boutique in time. We are unable to accept returns of earrings and fine jewellery for hygienic reasons.

If you want to 45mm items with self pick-up, but it is not in your area, we will send them at our cost to a place you indicate. The 45mm will be ready for pick-up no square than 4 working days from when the payment confirmation is sent to you via e-mail. We will inform you when the 45mm is ready to be picked up in a separate e-mail.
